Exceptional service

Ash at Halesowen trade centre went above and beyond, opening up on his brothers wedding day along with pulling out all the stops so we could pick up our new to us Nissan Juke before our break away. I believe you can just the level of service best in how someone or a business deals with a problem. We had a slight issue with our key fob, Ash immediately transferred funds to purchase a new fob. A very friendly and welcoming business, will certainly use again in the future even though we're 130 miles away.

The people here were honest and there was NO pressure at all! I like to look without feeling like I am being pushed into something and this exactly that, just kind and courteous. I did choose a car, they had some bodywork done on it and even delivered it to me as I was stuck and unable to collect it. This company goes above and beyond!

2019 Tiguan purchase

Travelled up on 29/06/24 after exchanging phone calls with ash regarding a Tiguan we were interested in, didn’t know what to expect on arrival but was pleasantly surprised. Professional and hassle-free purchase car was as described with no complaints from myself. We negotiated a deal before arrival and both stuck to our word. Honestly can't praise these guys enough. Ash and his brother went above and beyond to make the purchase of my fabulous new car effortless. I was not local and got lost and they immediately came out to get me and guide me back to the garage. They we polite friendly and not in any way pushy and made part exchange and purchase an absolute pleasure. We recently purchased a lovely mini countryman from Halesowen trade center and although a 3-hour drive away for us they looked after us very professionally. The car is exactly as described and and very well looked after along with being well presented. Excellent product knowledge base. Very polite and helpful and I will be buying another vehicle from them in the future.

Would definitely recommend

Really impressed with the service received, bought a VW Golf and had wonderful service through the whole process, a few days after purchasing I noticed a noise when on full lock, took to my local garage who advised there was an issue with the rack end. Contacted Halesowen Trade Center who asked for me to provide them with a quote for repairs (got back to me instantly even though it was the weekend!) Within minutes they had put the money in my bank account so I could get the required repairs. Very helpful, and wonderful after-sales team. Would definitely recommend and buy from them again in the future!

Exceptional Customer Service

We had been looking for a first car for our son who had recently passed his test. We contacted Ash about a KA we had seen advertised. From the initial phone call, he was friendly and accommodating, no hard sell. Whist at the garage, having discussed our needs Ash showed us a Skoda Fabia he had which was perfect, with a great price, good mileage, and in fabulous condition. Ash and Addy have been fantastic throughout our purchase, very knowledgeable and professional. They explained everything thoroughly about the car and the process, nothing has been too much trouble. Ash provided a new 12-month MOT along with 3 months warranty. Addy kindly delivered the fully serviced car to our home and kept us updated throughout our dealings. There are a lot of unsavory garages about so it is great to find a reputable one, with excellent customer service. We will definitely be visiting Ash and the team again when we need another car. Well I bought a Hyundai Tucson ash was very accommodating when I bombarded him with so many questions as I live a distance he answered everyone when I viewed it the car was as promised I am a very happy customer didn't take to to complete the sale and off I went.

The easiest car I’ve ever bought!

Just bought an 09 Toyota Yaris for my daughter’s first car from these guys today. They were super friendly, made us feel relaxed, let us look around the car in our own time but were on hand and happy to answer any questions and even set up the car tax purchase on their laptop so we could take the car home with us! It’s the perfect first car for my daughter and was literally the easiest and best car-purchasing experience I’ve ever had! I would not hesitate to recommend Halesowen Trade Centre and thank them for their first-class customer service.
